The following documents have been produced to provide information on company policy and ethics to both our staff and clients alike. Please read these documents carefully and follow the advice given. If you have any queries please contact us, constructive feedback is always welcome. These documents will be reviewed by the company board, in full consultation with staff, on a regular basis.

This Feedback Form is available to provide an opportunity to comment on any policy/procedure. Your comments will be forwarded to the person responsible and will inform the yearly review cycle for updating procedures.

Personal / intimate carePersonal / intimate care should be delivered in a manner which is directed by the individual and promotes the person centred ethos of the organisation.  
Service User Consent Policy Consent must be free and informed to be considered valid. West Limerick Independent Living presumed that all adults accessing its services have consent, until the contrary is proved. Consent Form
