The following documents have been produced to provide information on company policy and ethics to both our staff and clients alike. Please read these documents carefully and follow the advice given. If you have any queries please contact us, constructive feedback is always welcome. These documents will be reviewed by the company board, in full consultation with staff, on a regular basis.

This Feedback Form is available to provide an opportunity to comment on any policy/procedure. Your comments will be forwarded to the person responsible and will inform the yearly review cycle for updating procedures.

Personal / intimate carePersonal / intimate care should be delivered in a manner which is directed by the individual and promotes the person centred ethos of the organisation.

Enteral Peg Feed PolicyThe aim of the enteral feed policy is to ensure that service user's nutritional and fluid requirements are met, this policy aims to ensure that the safe practice of administration of enteral feed is maintained.
