Service Coordinators

A key part of our personal support services is our service coordinators; a service coordinator is a person who helps in planning, organizing and executing of your personal assistant services.

The service coordinator functions as the single point of contact for clients and personal assistants. Their role includes supporting clients to directing the work of their personal assistants as identified in service needs assessment and service agreement.

The role of the coordinator involves Health & Safety Risk Assessment to ascertain that you and your PA's have a safe environment to work in, i.e. that any transferring equipment such as hoists, bathroom aids, mobility aids etc. are in place.

We have service coordinator in each area we cover, our service coordnators regulary visit clients' homes to supervise our PA's, and ensure that our clients are receiving the best of support. The coordinator will also review all the duties being carried out with the client and ensure that the clients service is being carried out as agreed.

Our service coordinators can be contacted with a direct number with an out-of-hours phone system, should an emergency arise.

Personal Assistants

On successfull completion of the application process we are then in a position to start your service and for you to meet your PA, who will be introduced to you by the Service Coordinator. Our PA will be fully trained in People/Manual Handling. A large number of our PA's have their Fetac Level 5 in Health Care Skills qualification. PA's are carefully selected based on training, qualifications, experience and competence, as well as the preferences of the client.

Mobile Management Information System

We use a web-based Mobile Management Information System (CarePlus) designed and developed specifically to meet the management needs of community based support/care service providers. It is a complete end-to-end solution and facilitates real-time information sharing with employees working in clients’ homes.Our client management system ensures that the PA arrives on time and stays for the full duration.


We always remind our PA's that we are in other people's homes and we expect them to respect you, your home, your family/friends and visitors. Accordingly we expect our PA's to be treated with the same respect.
